If you forgot or lost any of your belongings in the terminal building, please contact the Lost & Found Department.
Services concerning your checked luggage are the airline's responsibility. Assistance can be found in the baggage claim service area or at the office of the appropriate airline.
Lost and Found office is located in the General Aviation building of the Reynosa Airport at the Operations window.
Services are available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 h.
